What’s new in Bali Mandira?

Indonesian Chef Association gathering

Last week, Bali Mandira Beach Resort & Spa hosted the Indonesian Chef Association gathering. Around 70 people spent a beautiful evening enjoying great food prepared by our kitchen team coordinated by Executive Chef David Cailleba and Executive Sous-Chef Nyoman Yasa.

We thank all the participants and we really appreciate their presence at our resort. [photos by I Gede Nadiartha]

TV upgrade

Our engineering staff is very busy these days changing the TV set in our rooms. By the end of August all room types will be equipped with new TV sets as shown in the picture above. So far the Premiere Rooms, Private Courtyard Rooms and some of the Deluxe Rooms are already equipped with new TVs.

This is just a step in our constant efforts to improve the quality of your stay in Bali Mandira. Starting November the TV channel selection will be upgraded – a wide range of TV channels from around the world will be available in the comfort of your room.

New towels display

When the Housekeeping Department invited us to one of Bali Mandira’s Pool Club Villas “just to see something”, we thought it’s a regular check of the villa’s condition. We didn’t have any hunch about the surprise we were about to discover.

On the bed there was a real exhibition. The Housekeeping Department created a new towel display – a swan, a monkey, a rabbit, an elephant, a starfish. The new setup will be available from September on in selected rooms and in rooms of families with kids.

More coffee delights

More coffee delights will soon be available in Bali Mandira’s premises. A coffee expert came to our resort to train the staff. They learned to prepare specialities like Vanilla Coffee, Almond Latte, Raspberry Smoothie Latte, Tiramisu Cappuccino and Latte, Kahlua Mocha Latte or Kahlua Coffee Liqueur. Some of our guests have been asked to taste ’em. The verdict was unanimous: “100% pure pleasure”.

Our goal is to make the Russian guests to feel like home since the arrival. Welcome to Bali Mandira! Добро пожаловать в Бали мандир!

"That's it for today. See you next time. Don't forget about your homework!"

Thank you for smoking!

The smoking area in Celagi Restaurant was relocated recently. The smokers can mix their passion with a cup of fresh coffee and a delicious breakfast on the terrace area of Celagi, next to the pool. This change produces cleaner air for the non-smokers. So, on their behalf, we thank you for smoking here!
