Crab Brioche is a local twist on a classic French recipe of Bali Mandira’s french executive chef David Cailleba. A tasty crab salad on a special bread with a hint of sweet flavor and slices of tomato. A portion contains three brioches and the right size of chips. Enough to provide you a few minutes of pure satisfaction while you’re enjoying a movie in your room, a sun bath next to the pool or a beer at Barong Bar.
